This worked much better than expected. We use it to cut spanish chorizo, salamis et. Great product! I thought it would be a cool, novelty gift. It cuts very fast and easy. we are so happy to bought this guillotine and its did a good job in our kitchen. love this products.

Wooden slot for slate plate is too small and slate does not fit into slot. Slate plate is larger than carved wooden slot and the slate plate does not have a way to hold itself in place since it is too large for the wooden cutout section. Also, the wooden part holding handle and blade to bottom board is broken. Has a tiny wooden pin on each side and one side was broken off and the entire handle wobbled and was not secure. I ordered this item on 2 different occasions thinking the first one was defective by accident. But when I returned that one and ordered a new one, same issues with the new one - Poorly built, defective and will not work. HORRIBLE PRODUCT - Poorly Made, Completely Defective. Cannot believe that anyone found this product to work as described. Do not waste your time ordering this junk, because you will be disappointed and have to send it back for refund. Two times was enough for me. Never again!

This was a ist for a brother in law, he makes his own sausages, he liked it and I was told it worked well.

The product was not worth the money. Wrong screw in the product. Hard to operate and didn’t produce the result I wanted. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

The blade is very sharp and cuts through saucissons very well, works well.It is a very good helpper in the kitchen . Now I can cut the sausage as thin as I want .very happy with the product. fast delivery.It is the best sausage cutter I ever bought.I love it.
