Should NOT be a $200 bike.
These bikes are very low quality. We ordered two and we are returning them both. First of all the manual is in German and we do not speak German so we had to scout out a YouTube video. There was no speaking so we just followed along with what he did. After assembly: the brakes don’t work properly; the brake levers are super cheap plastic and feel like they’re going to snap just by squeezing them; the pedal stems are so long that you literally can’t sit on the seat and pedal at the same time; one of the pegs is cracked; etc, etc. I don’t usually leave reviews either way, but we are back to square one for Christmas and don’t want anyone else to be in the same spot!

Great bike
I received the bike with missing parts the company reacted to my request quickly and sent me my missing parts. Great customer service. This is a great bike my son really likes it. It’s sturdy pretty easy to put together, great value for the money. I would recommend this bike.

Customer service
After 10 minutes, I had a hole in my tire. Not the greatest feeling. Instructions for the bike in paper version very confusing. Anyway... what I am most disappointed from is Amazon's customer service. Price policy not excisting! Help online, not really here nor there. Chat is a robot and you feel like talking to a wall. Call service leaves you hanging after a 20min wait. From now on I'll go back to retail! At least there is someone who can actually provide help and assistance.

Upon delivery, the tube in the tire had a hole in it. Had to purchase a replacement tire.
