This particular product has no after taste, goes down easily with other pills that I take, and does an amazing job at helping my joints feel better. How do they feel better? They don't hurt as much when I take Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG. My pain level without Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG is at nearly 9/10 daily! I have bone on bone issues with both knees. However, when I take Purity Labs Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement 3,000 MG twice a day, once in the morning, and once at bedtime, my levels stay down closer to 5/6! Good product

Omega 3 EFAs are located in every cell of the human body yet food processing removes the majority of what is found in the food. To compound the disappearance of omega 3 fatty acids from our food sources is the use of grains, high in the proinflammatory omega 6 EFAs yet little or no omega 3 EFAs. Grass fed, free range animals obtain omega 3 EFAs from the grasses which humans cannot digest. And more discouraging is that farm raised fish are fed with grains and have no source to obtain omega 3 EFAs. The result is most Americans do not get adequate amount of omega 3 EFAs from their diet. I take fish oils as the cold water fish have the highest quantity of omega 3 EFAs available. Vegetables and seeds have small quantity of omega 3s but cannot compete with the cold water fish oils as dietary sources. I supplement with Purity Omega 3 Fish Oils because I find no evidence of toxins or rancidity in their product and the price is better than competitive. Living in a land locked state, there is no source for fresh seafood and I doubt I would eat enough even if I had an affordable and convenient source for fresh caught (not the low EFA farmed) fish. Even though every cell in my body needs omega 3 EFAs, my main reason for taking omega 3 supplements is the cardiovascular and neurologic benefits. Skin health would be another benefit I enjoy from getting adequate omega 3 EFAs. And I appreciate the free bottle I received out of the blue for being a steady customer.

I've really appreciated this supplement. I don't have any solid scientific data to quote (the only reason I'm giving it 5 stars), but I have yearly physicals/blood draws and after a year of taking just one pill a day my cholesterol was significantly better. They also don't have that bad fish tast.

This product will change your life

I have taken a fish oil supplement for several years now, and am extremely impressed with this "Abundant Health Omega 3 Fish Oil" supplement. Each bottle contains 180 capsules which is a 60 day supply. Each day you get 915mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA which is more than most supplements. The capsules are tasteless and don't upset my stomach; followers of the "Zone" anti-inflammation protocol may particularly want to try this product. Since beginning a regimen with fish oil and turmeric curcumin I have noticed fewer health issues, and certainly less joint pain. If you already take a fish oil supplement, this is a product worth considering; if you are considering taking one this is a good starting point, though it goes without saying that you should talk to your doctor before beginning a new supplement and solicit advice for your particular situation.

I’ve been taking Nordic Naturals DHA since I was pregnant with my first about 9 years ago. Out of habit I always order their prenatal DHA. However, I’ve revently made an effort to stop unnecessary overspending and reassess the purchases I’m already making. I was surprised to find many more OMEGA -3 options than 9 years ago, my big requirements were hexane free and high DHA & EPA. The price of Purity Labs compared in relation to amount of the DHA & EPA it contains makes it an amazing value. I’m spending less than half of what I was spending on Nordic Naturals. It’s hard for me to asses the quality without doing some kind of chemical analysis but I can say that these don’t give me any kind of fishy burps (Nordic Naturals didn’t either) which I have gotten with some other brands I’ve tried out, some so bad they taste absolutely rancid, nothing like that whatsoever here. I also give these to my son 8year old who is on the Nemechek protocol and my 5 year old occasionally. The capsules arent small, but they don’t have any issues swallowing them- I’ve actually had my kids take supplements in large pill/capsule since about 1 year old so they’re used to it and have never had an issue with any of them. Overall great value for the money.
