Will you magically lose weight just by taking these pills every day? Probably not. Will you avoid all, or at least the worst, side effects of low carb flu when first going into keto or getting back into keto? Probably. I've been taking these for a couple of years now. I'm 40 pounds lighter than when I started, but I'm still overweight because I tend to gain and lose the same ten pounds over and over. But at least when I completely get out of ketosis for weeks on end, I don't have to dread getting back in! I also like to take one or two of these every day just to combat my biggest weaknesses: Barbecue sauce and the ocassional beer. And some days I seem to have a little energy boost from them. And some days not. Overall, a good product.

Took it for a month tested my Ketones daily and saw no boost.

I liked not really feeling that hungry. I can update this when I've given it a longer trial.

So I'm doing a keto diet and who knew you could TAKE ketones?!? So got them and they have a nice raspberry scent to them. So I'm testing positive for ketones but get to thinking..that's kinda obvious! I'm TAKING ketones so of course I'm positive for ketones but that doesn't mean I'm "in" ketosis. Feel foolish for not realizing that straight away. They can apparently help with energy and appetite but they can discourage your body from creating its own ketones, so could be hindering ketosis. :/ Just know what you're taking them for.

Okay hear me out, I’m not sure if this stuff is really what’s making my weight fall off, but I think there may be something to this stuff. I’m on keto again, lost 70lbs back in 2018 by diet alone. But now getting back into it, I noticed a lot more energy after taking this each morning, hardly any cravings at all, and the initial water weight you lose getting back on keto is literally insane how quickly the number on the scale is going down. I’ve lost 15lbs of water weight this week alone! Sure I’m tracking, weighing my food out, the whole bit. So you do need to make an effort. I doubt eating whatever you want and popping these pills will do anything, but they definitely seem to be helping speed things up a bit. For the price, go for it. If it doesn’t work for you, take your L and move on 🤣

Been taking about a week, easy to swallow. I do notice some burping afterwards but its raspberry so not too bothersome and only lasts a little bit. Ive had good ketones but not sure how much this is actually contributing. Seems to help with appetite suppresssion. Overall satisfied, good value.
