Very good bag, I found it water resistant to a large extent. Maintains it's shape, stands upright on table and floor. These are very imp. Features for me. It looks executive in hand and on the back. Lot of pockets to organise daily office carrying stuff. It's fits my square glass tiffin, my electronics, laptop, tablet well. And my three fold umbrella as well. This is enough to carry essentials. Not to stuff unnecessary things
