16 divided by 8 is 2. You can Google it or use your computer's Calculator function for calculations also. The product is e11ement where the 11 is two number 1's. I use this on a piece of a cotton ball to clean the base of my eyelids gently, for Blepharitis. I find this brand gives me more ounces for the money.
