I bought these Hand Therapy Balls with five strength levels; so far I can only use the yellow ones because they are extra soft; eventually I hope to use the other four balls if my hands will let me!!! These are perfect for anyone who has to strengthen their fingers, hands and wrists!!! I have osteoarthritis and other conditions that these should help with!!!

Great remedial tool for picnhed nerves in the hands
I pinched my wrist nerves while working my muse on an unsuitable table. My physio recommended thee and they have worked a treat. They come in a variety of pressures and are color coded so you can remember what pressure each one is.

Excellent for post op
Great help for one of my friends who wanted to use these to gain extra use of his hands post op. They scale from very easy to hard over the five balls
