I’ve been taking Youtheory B12B6 vitamins for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my energy levels and focus. I struggle with fatigue, especially in the afternoons, but these give me a noticeable boost without making me feel jittery like some other supplements. The tablets are easy to take, and I like that they combine both B12 and B6 — perfect for supporting energy, mood, and overall wellness. Plus, they don’t upset my stomach, even when I take them without food, which is a huge bonus for me. There isn’t much of a taste as it’s a pill. Easy to swallow capsules
I have grown accustomed to the Youtheory brand of B12B6. However, they ran out of stock on the gummy version. The bottle casing looks so similar to the one for the gummy version that I accidentally ordered this capsule type thinking they had replenished the gummy ones. However, I decided to try the capsules. I am finding them easy to swallow. I will keep these. It looks like they contain the same potency as the gummy ones without the bitter taste.
