Expensive but worth the price
I could be in the worst mood, and then I’ll take these and feel totally better! It works better than my prescription anxiety medication. If you take too many it can make you tired. I love these. I just wish it was a little cheaper, lol. But in this case you get what you pay for, And feeling good as priceless!

Such a calming effect
I have taken this over the years when needed, and I absolutely love it. It brings calmness you don’t feel overly drugged at all. You just feel your natural self. A natural doctor recommended it and I’m so glad she did.

Life saver
This has changed my life. I use one in the morning and it truly helps my reaction to stress. It does lower the blood pressure but not to a bad low so no worry there.

My go to
Most important supplement in my arsenal. Helps calm me when feeling anxious. I take 2 as needed.

It Actually Works
My acupuncturist recommended these, because I tend to overthink. I initially believed it was just some snake oil, but decided to try anyway. Holy smokes. They don't make me tired, but they do stop my mind from racing in a million different directions. I have no idea what is in them, but if anxiety and overthinking are issues, I definitely recommend these. With over 3,000 of history, I am starting to see the value in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I have had better luck with the cortisol
One was calming but did not translate into a full nights sleep, also if I took more than l it made be hyped up. I have had better luck with the cortisol manager
