After having a positive experience with “Stay Ready” pills, I decided to give the “reset” a try for a better, detoxed feeling. Unfortunately, the outcome was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant, causing pain. I’m disappointed with this product as it didn’t yield any positive effects, only resulting in a negative experience.

Of your wanting to relive bloating and that heavy feeling and reset your body DEFINITELY take these, takes a few hours depending on what's on your stomach already but when it kicks it, it KICKS in. I usually take 2 on a Friday afternoon, by Friday night or Saturday morning Im flushing out for the rest of the weekend. Sunday night or Monday morning everything is back to normal. It makes you feel lighter, more energetic, more clear headed. 11/10

I had a 3-day party weekend and then got a stomach bug. Oddly enough (under recommendation from a gastroenterology nurse), I took these to help. Yes, those 3-4 days sucked. I was going to the toilet maybe 6 or 7 times a day. Luckily I hydrated almost double my regular amount and ate clean. By day 5, I felt like a whole new person. Actually trimmed down a little (probably related to being sick), built good regularity in the aftermath, and felt more energized and light. Would I use this for 10 days? Absolutely not… Would I use it for 3 days for a gut-cleanse? Yes!

It really does what it promises it does. I've gotten it down to the perfect time whether I take it at night or earlier in the day. Definitely recommend trying it when you're at home most of the day to make sure you understand how the timing and effect of it works. But you definitely won't feel disappointed when you're done with the routine and look at yourself in the mirror.

If you’re new to “detox” products, be warned! This is not a comfortable process. This is basically a strong laxative made with more natural (but don’t read that to mean weaker) products as well as some added probiotics. If you’ve ever done the Salt Water Flush as part of a master cleanse or drank a laxative tea such as “Smooth Moves” you’re on the right track as to what to expect. With this particular product, my experience was that the onset of the effects began 8-10 hours after taking the pills, were strongest at the 12-16 hour mark and subsided completely within 19-24 hours. That’s longer than most other cleanses I’ve tried, though I’m not sure whether that’s good or bad. You will want to be near a toilet with some privacy. I work from home so it wasn’t a problem for me. If I had to go into an office and be around people?!?! Yeah, probably not lol. As to the results, I’ve done this twice now. The first time I took one pill every night for 5 days. I lost about 4.5 lbs and ate mostly small meals with LOTS of water and no alcohol. In the days that followed I had more energy, improved sleep, and noticed my skin was brighter (in fact multiple people commented on it!). The second time, I took 2 pills each night before bed for 4 nights, wasn’t as careful with my diet and didn’t completely cut out alcohol. I still lost about 3.5 lbs, and had more energy in the days that followed. This is DEFINITELY a product to be used in moderation and has the potential to be abused by crash dieters or folks on the anorexic/bulimic spectrum. You’ll need to drink LOTS of water, and I’d also recommend some electrolytes as this product has both laxative and diuretic properties, so dehydration is a likely side-effect. That being said, if your diet isn’t generally clean, you’re regularly irregular, or you want a periodic colon cleanse without the invasive nature of colonic irrigation, this will do the trick to get things moving. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because while it does what it’s intended to do (and quite well!), there are products/processes that can achieve similar results with less discomfort. Also as this product is marketed towards gay men for whom body dysmorphia and eating disorders are common, I worry about the potential for this product to be abused.

These supplements are like magic, I'm sure they don't work for everyone but they get me right every time. Once a year when summer transitions to fall, like clockwork, I gain like 20 lbs, my moods become unstable and my energy disappears. I do my little 2 pills for 5 nights and literally like magic all my puffiness and bloating goes away, my skin starts to clear, my energy skyrockets, my appetite decreases and my moods become more stable and generally positive. I will say that for the first 2 or 3 nights you should be prepared to wake up and have to use the bathroom at least once and then after you wake up it will probably be the same story but after that things start to level out. I do experience some minor nausea but its not too bad and tbh I would endure way more for the results I get. Once the "reset" is done the results pretty much last me until the following September when I start to gain weight and all that again. My digestion is good, I don't experience that much bloating after eating, my appetite stays down and my energy stays up, my skin stays very clear and it is noticeably much harder to gain weight. 10/10 I recommended these to my mom lol.
