I am 5’8“ with a 32”inseam. Is this bike too big for me?

I would go one size below recommended size. I'm 5'9" and the 50cm fits me just fine.

Can you install a kickstand on the bike? Will it damage the carbon fiber frame?

You could probably find a kickstand that wouldn't require drilling a hole into the frame but this is a serious road bike not your running around town bike. From any other manufacturer this would be a $3k - $4k bike. If you're not locking this thing up to an immovable object it will disappear pretty quickly.

Can you average 30mph on this bike?

If you are buying a bike on Amazon it is highly unlikely you are capable of maintaining a 30mph average over any distance on any bike without a motor. For context, Mathieu van der Poel averaged approximately 19.5mph during his win at Milano-Sanremo this year. And he is arguably the best cyclist in the world, riding a bike that costs well over $10,000! The current world's 1-hour record is about 35mph. Again by a world-class athlete, Filippo Ganna, on a bike worth over $20,000. So in short, NO there is no way you can average 30mph on this bike in any normal situation.
