Not irritating.
The yarrow essential oil is very smooth and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The fragrance is strong but dissipates quickly.

Smell so good . Unfortunately it leaked still kept it but the label was ruined the box smeared so I don’t know the expiration date . Barely made out the bottling date
