I’m in between sizes I’m a 31” waist should I go with small or medium?

If your size in between, we suggest you go with a size down for snug supportive fit. Bamboo rayon fabric is highly elastic and the waistband is super stretchy. You also can work from that as to how you like your fit and what you usually buy. They are normal US size.

Is it comfortable when you have a boner? Or do you have to adjust like normal?

They are very comfortable and no problem with boner! The only problem i have is when you do not have erection the main man slips out of hole and gets in bed with boys but plenty of room and still gives good support. Sizes run on large side.Iwear a 44 but ordered 42 and fit is perfect.

What is the inseam measurement

I measured it at 5". Maybe a bit longer... Hope this helps. I like them.
