While I cannot comment on the efficacy of this supplement, I will say that it tastes and smells nice. For that reason, I would say it is not a good value for the money because there are other things that taste and smell nice that are cheaper.

I have used the DaVinci brand for several supplements and have found them to be of a good quality, this one is no exception. I am not a Dr. so do your own research. This is just what my Dr. has suggested for our mycotoxin / MCAS issues. Liposomal Citicoline is a strong, targeted neuroregenerative supplement. It can be useful if you're dealing with: cognitive dysfunction, fatigue, neuromotor decline, mycotoxin-induced limbic or dopaminergic dysregulation. Liposomal Citicoline has better absorption into brain tissue vs. standard capsules. It's gentler on MCAS-prone GI tracts. It delivers choline without triggering the same excitotoxicity as high-dose alpha-GPC or phosphatidylcholine might in sensitive patients. Since we are in the early detox phase the DaVinci brand is gentler on the gut and immune system. DaVinci has less fillers and higher purity, so better for us at this stage of recovery. It is professionally formulated, has minimal excipients and is better tolerated for sensitive individuals like us. Because Citicoline supports acetylcholine and dopamine, early side effects may include: mild headache, jitteriness, restlessness. If this happens try a lower dose or add calming agents like magnesium or GABA support, perhaps use every other day for a bit. It's worth it if you can work through the side effects. The fact that it is made in the USA makes me me feel safer to ingest this supplement into my body, as the testing in the US is more stringent than in many other countries. The fact that you can take this straight from the bottle or mix it into a drink of your choice is a great option, especially if you don't happen to care for the taste. I found it very tolerable though. You can stretch this out for a two months supply if you are taking one dose a day, if you take two doses a day, it should last you about a month. It is well known that liquid supplements are more readily and quickly absorbed into the body. I like this aspect. It is difficult to judge the effectiveness of this supplement or any other, without some scientific or medical testing, but I do seem to be a bit more focused in general, after having taken this supplement for a bit. I also seem to feel a bit more engaged. These are my results though, and everyone is different, so your results may differ. At the asking price of $48.41, the cost is a little steep for supplements but if it does work for you, then the extra brain power will be totally worth it! Everyone metabolizes differently, so you just have to try this and gauge for yourself.

I have been using DaVinci Laboratories Liposomal Citicoline supplement off and on now for about about two months with no conclusive results. I was excited to try this project as I have been having occasional episodes of brain fog lately that I attribute to summer allergies. Unfortunately, after semi regular use I really haven't noticed a reduction in days/mornings that I have brain fog and I haven't noticed an observable improvement in my attention span or focus. The flavor is pretty decent for a supplement though, it has a nice lemon taste.

I haven't been hurt by using this product -- no horrible tastes and it hasn't made me nauseous.....but, I have not found this product to benefit me in any noticeable way. NOthing objective or measurable, and no subjective observations.
