21st Century Dapper

Have yet to wear, so. I'll just say that it arrived promptly, in good condition and cuter than posted. The only thing I'm concerned about (& why 4 not 5 stars) is the elastic band instead of an adjustable one. Have a feeling after a few years it will start to become weak and won't sit correctly. We'll see.
