I find this blackseed oil capsule easy to take with no aftertaste. I'm always careful to research the company and product before buying; RAWYA oil is highly rated on all the sites I found it on, but Amazon has the best price. The capsules are broken and glued up in a bottle. Other pack was good so its a gamble if you get good. But refund is possible so all alright
