Good product and good service in my home town
After 1 year writing a review. This pump buy every own home person. This pump help a lot for using ro gyser and washing machine and bathroom. Working fine this motor very useful.

Good product
Good product. Initially I faced problems from controller. The problem is after 4-5 cutoff. The motor going to failure mode. I checked everything ok from my part. After one week the problem solved by itself. I checked its working 25 to 30 times continuesly without error ( failure ). Good water pressure what I expected. Value for money.

Do Not Buy from CRI on Amazon
Do not buy from CRI, Having a ery bad experience. Machine failed a week back. Registered complaintbwith CRI Call center. Service Tech came today and found that the issue with motor and needs replacement.Also found that it is trial mode. Service Tech calls his Service Engineer Mr.Kannan and Kannan declines to support as this is purchased from AMAZON and not from the company dealers. Most horrible service ever encountered. Amazon should take this seriously. Finally called customer care on toll free number and she said that they will replace but it will take time about 2 weeks and Service Tech told that I will have to take this faulty product to the dealer the company will deliver the product and then I need pick it up rather than being delivered to my place. Was this much hassle worth to buy products from Amazon whe. Their partner merchants deny required support? I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY CRI PRODUCT AS ITS THE MINDSET OF THE COMPANY WHICH IS ILL AND NOT ALWAYS THE PRODUCT.

Very good performance and low noise
Pump was delivered in good packing condition. Installation of pump is simple and performance is outstanding. Must buy if you have low pressure issue in bathroom. Value for money
