It's pricey, but it's perfect for my 4AllFamily Voyager battery backup. I also use it to charge my cell phone and other devices.

I bought this after purchasing, and returning another (recommended) 20000mah battery, that was on sale. Even though there was a holiday discount, I didn't really want to spend this much BUT here's my advice: if you have the 4AllFamily Voyager Cooler, BUY THIS BATTERY! Other batteries, it appears, won't always provide the STEADY load you need to run the cooling unit. After a while, they'll shut down for a few minutes which, if you're transporting medicine, ain't a good thing.We charged this battery up and plugged it in for a cross-country trip. We knew that, once we were on the plane, we could just plug into the power there BUT, at the start of the flight, the power on plane was flickering in and out and kept the cooler plugged in this battery. THIS RAN STRAIGHT FOR 11 HOURS! The Voyager cooler kept the temperature as desired -- great unit, by the way -- and, when it was all said and done, there were still 3 out of 4 lights on the battery . . . incredible.You've spent the money on a insulin/medicine cooler that needs power? Buy this battery!

I purchased this to power my 4ALLFAMILY Explorer. It worked flawlessly and travels well. It is very easy to use and did not need to be recharged even though I used it for 8 to 10 hours a day for a week when the temperatures were in the mid to high 90s.For anyone who is thinking that it is just a power bank and you can use any power bank with the same specs to power the 4ALLFAMILY Explorer, you may want to consider what you would do if the other power bank fails or causes problems with the cooling cap. Failed refrigeration could lead to medication that cannot be used. For me, it was worth every penny to protect the medication I was carrying because replacing the meds would have been very difficult while on the road.

This power bank got my insulin from Los Angeles to Texas on a 3 day Amtrak trip in the middle of a hot summer safely. I used it with my Voyager insulin cooler/chiller. There was about an hour when the power cut off on the Amtrak, but the temperature held and I was able to see the temperatures from the usb lid throughout the trip. I kept it plugged in throughout the trip - via the cigarette lighter/charging in a car, plugged into the wall outlet on the train, and when not near an outlet the powerbank had plenty of power left. I was worried I might run out of power and lose several insulin pens. But this along with a Voyager was dependable. Now I am confident about future times it may be needed.

I don’t usually write reviews but if you’re thinking of getting this, get it! this gets the job done with a 10+ hour flight, this battery bank still had 4 full bars at hour 9, had a layover, got onto a second flight and by the time I made it to my final destination the battery bank still had 3 bars to it.I’ve tried a very heavy duty and big brand name battery bank before and I noticed it only lasted because I plugged the medical cooler in an outlet while I needed to save the use of the battery bank on the actual plane.Another note: I noticed that the temperature stays pretty consistent and cooler in the 37-41 range when I used this specific battery bank compared to when I used the other ones (temps were ranging 43-46).I would say this battery bank is worth every penny especially if it’s to keep very expensive $$$ of medical pens/syringes safe and cooled.Last note: Went through TSA with no problem. I told them it was a medical cooler that needed to stay plugged to cool my medicine and they couldn’t have cared less as long as it could go into the security scanner.Hope this helps :)

Long trip with medicalSupplies that needed to be kept cool. It kept everything charged and was a great backup on long flights for my phone as well. Well made and is durable, but one cord did get broken.I felt easily. Otherwise it was great.

Great for travel, clearly marked for TSA. Currently, TSA allows two. I use them for my medication travel cooler.

The charger started overheating while charging the battery. It became so hot that is was almost painful to touch or hold.I'm really afraid that it could overheat and cause additional problems
