Yes indeed, the ''4ALLFAMILY Soft Case Cooler' is used for opened or unopened medications that require to be stored at a temperature of 36-79°F (2-26°C) which is considered room temperature. You can use the Biogel for 10-14 hours to keep meds at room temperature, you just need to freeze the Biogel for 6 hours minimum, and you can use it to keep your medications at 36-79°F (2-26°C).
