Honestly shocked at how big and full this toy is. My Indian Ringneck normally destroys toys in days, but this one is packed tight and has layers for them to work through. He spends forever shredding the wood blocks and foraging through the crinkle paper. It keeps him so engaged that he’s quieter during the day — which is a miracle. Great value for the size.

If you’re looking for a toy that can survive a large parrot… keep looking. If you’re looking for a toy your macaw will joyfully obliterate like it insulted his entire bloodline, this is the one. The moment I hung it up, my macaw’s eyes lit up like he had just been handed the keys to a wrecking ball. The colorful wooden pieces? Gone. Pulverized. Reduced to confetti within a week. He didn’t just chew them — he celebrated their destruction. I’m pretty sure he thinks this toy is his personal stress‑relief program. The good news? He absolutely loves it. The bad news? I now have a subscription‑level relationship with this toy because he demolishes it faster than I can reorder. It’s bright, it’s fun, it’s sturdy enough to last longer than five minutes (which is saying something for a macaw), and it keeps him busy, happy, and feeling like the mighty lumberjack he believes he is. I've purchased other toys which have been destroyed in a couple of hours. I don't know if this one just doesn't interest her or it's more durable. I see her playing with it, but not as often as I would've hoped. On the plus side, after a few weeks, it looks like everything is still in tact. Timneh African Gray.
