I bought this as a replacement for a Mighty Mite canister vac. The original attachment could have worked better on low-pile carpets and hard floors. This replacement works well on lvp flooring, hardwood floors, and low pile area rugs. The horse hair bristles make vacuuming smooth and prevent scratching my hardwoods. I like the white color because it does not leave marks on my white baseboards. This attachment does a good job of getting debris from the edges of the wall, whereas, with my old attachment, I had to use the hose for these areas. I was going to buy a new vacuum before I thought about just replacing the floor brush. I would recommend this attachment as an upgrade for your Mighty Mite.

I bought this as an additional attachment for my Eureka NEN170 because Amazon put it together with the vacuum as a package deal. It is advertised as a "universal" attachment for Eureka but it does not fit the NEN170. Luckily by chance it does fit my older canister vacuum with a little tweaking. My point of this post is to say make sure you measure first and don't just assume like I did. I like the piece and it works fine so I gave it 5 stars.

Really excellent. A vast improvement over the standard attachment from Eureka. Really helps pick up dirt and dog hair on my area rugs.

I was originally concerned that this brush was 10" wide, as opposed to my previous brush that was 12" wide. However, it turned out that this new floor brush has significantly more suction power and is much easier to maneuver into corners, under the bed, under sofas, etc. than my old floor brush. It is sturdy and well constructed. The bristles on the bottom do a great job of brushing up rugs as I vacuum. They are work well when vacuuming the wood floors. We are extremely happy with this brush!

The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is, it did not fit my eureka NEN110 series canister vacuum cleaner,I kept it anyway because it fit my wet vac. So I will use it on my title floor on the patio, so much easier then sweeping and the dust flying around just wish it would have fit my eureka.
