Material consists of soft rubbery foam with strong adhesive on one side and what appears to be aluminized paper on the other. To date it has been very effective at reducing road noise in a lightweight vehicle that was built with very little sound dampening. It helps to pre-cut paper templates and cutting the sheets to size before applying. Also work from one end to the other or from center to out to prevent trapping air. Worked so well I made a second order almost immediately.

My biggest question was. How sticky will it be? It is very sticky! Worked great. I highly recommend. I used it to insulate the roof of my 1950 Ford truck. It worked very well and was very easy to install.

Cheaper alternative. Does not cut as easily as kilmat or siless. Did the job though

This product is very underwhelming as it is lightweight from as you can tell by the picture and entire stack balances easily on top of a can of adhesive spray. If I blew on this stack it would tip over. I should give you a reference for how lightweight and useless the material is for soundproofing. It's sticky enough but definitely not for outdoors and will probably lose it stickiness over time. Dynamat when you stick it it stays stuck and you have to use every bit of your strength to pull it off and it is heavy. I cannot recommend this for soundproofing.

Easy to use, works great.

This product greatly reduced the road noise in my 2006 Silverado 2500 Extended Cab. I removed my interior seats, carpet and padding.This product sticks on the floor pan ,now the road noise and vibration have been drastically reduced!!

Me personally I would only use this on roofs and areas that won’t have weight bearing like floor boards where your feet are or where the carpet needs to fit snug. This stuff is soft and thick, not so sure about durable. I mixed it with heavier duty sound dampening material. The sticky side should hold up well as long as you stick it to a clean surface. So I’m not worried about it at all. The areas I placed this it should work very well.

Me decepcionó, es una lámina muy maleable, no creo que ayude mucho, es muy blanda a comparación de marcas como stp o killmat, lo utilice en un cajon plastico y no note mucha diferencia.
