Great book, I gave 5 stars but the QR codes are on the inside of pages next to the spine and really hard to scan and this really is the only negative point and not worth losing a star for. Extensive use of What3Words makes locations so simple to find. It’s a very good book. Ideal if you plan on doing NC500 offering some great advice. I would say, buy the book long before you plan on going because it advises you to book places to stay months in advance.

This was recommended by people who had done the trip and used this book. they said this is the best book to have. it’s very clear and well written, good quality pages, and has all the info I need to plan a successful trip! very happy with the purchase, I feel confident that I can chose the best route with this book as guidance.

A great little book which provides a recommended route with points of interest. We particularly like the inclusion of several itineraries, which have set out suggested places to visit and the points of interests while there. Itineraries cover several variations in time, depending on how long you are able to spend completing the NC500.

Very clear planning with info. A little costly though.

Fab book! We took it with us on our travels and found it invaluable. When parked up we noticed lots of other campers with this book on their dashboards too! Very happy to recommend. Will definitely buy some of the other books in the series for future trips too.

Interesting and informative for planning your NC500 trip

This book is absolutely amazing, it's a definite must if you are planning an NC500 trip. We bought this book alongside a map. This book has everything you need to know about planning your trip, including where to stay, places to see, where to eat and drink. It has suggested itineraries you can use if you don't want to do your own. It has hints and tips on accommodation, packing, bringing your dog along, getting around, costs and so on. It has everything; this book is a gem and I'm so pleased we bought it. We're in the process of planning our trip and this book will be going with us in case we want to add or change anything along the way. Highly recommended 👌

Très bien écrit, guide indispensable à emporter pour votre road trip en Écosse.

Quest estate abbiamo fatto in van la NC500 e devo dire che non si trovano molte guide in merito, quindi l ho comprata un po’ a scatola chiusa. Devo dire che è stata utilissima e utilizzata fino all ultimo giorno oltre che per la pianificazione del viaggio in sé e per se. Grande sorpresa sono stati i ristoranti consigliati, tutti eccellenti. Consiglio questa guida a chiunque voglia fare questo viaggio. Unica pecca è la rilegatura della guida che “sotto stress” ha un po’ ceduto- ma forse è stata colpa mia per quante volte l ho consultata.
