⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These pull ups have honestly made such a difference to my life. The fit is excellent – comfortable, secure, and not bulky at all. I can move around freely and feel confident knowing they’ll stay in place and do their job. They’re also really discreet under clothing, which makes me feel much more at ease when I’m out or with family. The absorbency is fantastic, even overnight, and I haven’t had to worry about leaks. Not the best, supposed to be uni sex, very frill and very baggy fitting. Maybe been better with 2xl, and not very absorbent probably ok for mild incontinence mines quite severe at the moment. Hope this helps.

At last someone who makes a pull up pant that actually fits i am so pleased with these pants not everyone who needs to wear them are just over weight, some of us have a medical reason for suffering incontinence and i have been buying XXL as couldn't find anything bigger i have a abdominal wall collapsed hernia and the XXL pants end up being cut away near the site so never do their job NOT NOW these XXXL fit perfectly IF i have anything that i find annoying it's the price ( £29.99 ) per pack of 11 which is over twice the price of any XXL packs of 12 But at least they fit i suppose.

I purchased these for my mother. They seem quite thin compared to other brands. And though they’re generous around the waist are short in the body. A bit of an issue for her as she’s long bodied. I found these leak quite badly and need changing more often than other brands. I won’t be buying anymore,

These are the worst diaper pants and the price is extortionate. They are so much worse than my regular one which are 3 times cheaper. They are so big I cannot keep them up and they hang off my legs so no way are they going to be leakproof. I have used one but I'm not prepared to pay the extortionate price asked.

I am totally incontinent and have tried all of the protective underwear on the market I think. These are by far the best, once I tried them I never tried any other. I can't explain how much better they are, well built comfortable and the price is right for what you are getting. They are comfortable and don't feel too bulky for the amount of fluids that they can hold. I go to sleep at night not worrying what I'll find in the morning and that's worth everything in the world.

So I'm a 33 yr old woman with lots of health issues and after several accidents I tried these. I've had full on blow outs in these trying to get to the bathroom in time and these diapers hold. Yes they're a little bulky and make me sweat but holy hell they hold period blood great. I managed to get into the tub with the blow outs and prevent the mess from getting everywhere. Definitely glad I got the 3xl as they fit great. Though I feel bad needing diapers at my age, the number of messes this has helped prevent makes me feel loads better as I need help taking care of the messes so this makes me feel a little less reliant on people since I can kinda manage this on my own.

Product is absorbent for small medium leakage. Not for full bladder. Sizing was perfect.
