Great item, does the job

If you want a nice in home unit that offers a strong pulse this is a good option. It's not as strong as a true "Shockwave" device and it operates differently, but it gives you similar benefits. This relieved my hamstring tightness in 1 sitting and it helped my wife with her feet and calf pain. 300nm power is strong enough to work, but not medical grade power.

Percussion works but fan does not spin causing unit to overheat. Will be trying to exchange.

I had my ankle replaced May 15, 2024. Mobility is not great do to scar tissue. I did three sessions of shock wave therapy at a spa. 60 bucks a pop. 1500 pulses every 7 days. I could hardly walk but it was just way too much pain for me. So I thought let me try this one because price in a spa way to much for the sessions I would need. I do my sessions every four days and I only do 600 pulses per sessions set on 2 mg hz. And at 70. I have done 5 sessions already and I am noticing a big difference already. The flexibility of my ankle is so much better and the pain is going away. Treating at home is so much better because I can control it myself. I highly recommend this for anyone who has scar tissue that is limiting mobility. I’m going to try the fat breakdown next.

The unit has quite a bit of options for specific areas and pre-loaded options as well. It worked for 6 months and now the unit won't turn on and I am outside of my warranty period. I purchased the unit September 18, 2025 and today is March 9, 2026, I paid $190 for it so it cost me $32 p/month and now I need to discard it.
