Does it work on Cork?

It works on most things I have not used it on Cork but I have used it on leather and fiber board

Is this just regular super glue? I know super glue dries hard, does this keep flexible?

The glue does remain flexible , it does not dry hard and it is NOT instant like super glue , I usually let my pieces that I am working on , dry over nite .

Could this be used for gluing rhinestone marbles on a bowling ball for an outdoor garden item? will grout stick to it (between the marbles)?

Great for rhinestones I would not use for other outdoor items.

can it be used for bicycle puncture repair?

No,it's not a flexible type glue once it dries.... You would need a rubber cement type of glue.
