Really like that this is easy. One teaspoon & your done. Texture is thick but it has to be to work on joints. After a week of taking it me & my mom feel it work.

I've used this for treating arthritis in my shoulders and the pet formula for arthritis in my dog's hips. Works great. One sister used this because the arthritis in her hand wouldn't even let her uncurl her fingers. She said she could tell anyone this works. Another sister and I used it when we were training for a marathon. Really helped us avoid aches and pain others mentioned. The dog formula is helping her German Shepherd's hip dysplasia. Double up dose for first 10 days. It says it doesn't have adverse reaction with other medications. There's an original formula that's okay to be used by humans or pets. The pet formula is the same, just with beef flavor. The 1500 has extra glucosamine, and it's only for humans because it also contains while willow bark, a natural pain reliever that's not recommended for pets. I was having to go to the chiropractor with minor (compared to most people) pain in my neck that would turn into a headache as well. My lower back hurt when I first woke up. I started taking this, and both felt better! I also noticed I didn't have the usual aches and pains after doing a new/hard workout that my friend had. She's getting 3 bottles, too! (We used D&D Enterprises to get free shipping and a break on the price - USPS damaged the box so badly one bottle got crimped, and it leaked. They're replacing it, so good customer service.)

As others have stated, this is probably the best supplement out there. I’ve used it on and off for about 15 years. It started with my knees complaining about long distance runs, later it was elbows, shoulders, etc. I would stop using it for a while, and at the slightest resurgence of a problem I start using it. Being over 200lbs I tend to drink the full dose, so I get a couple, use it daily for a couple of weeks, and then a couple of times a week for another month. It consistently works, and within four days of starting it I felt a difference. If there is something out there better than this I’m happy to try it, but haven’t felt the need to go looking.
