Is the burgundy truly burgundy or a deep red?

I would describe it as truly burgundy. On our monitor the photo has a more reddish tint than the actual mug. If you order it and are in any way disappointed by the color we would happily refund your purchase. We want our customers to be happy.

No they are not. I ordered a set as someone had mentioned they are in the reviews. They are nice, but are not flat.

Can a custom logo be added to these?

I don't see a problem with adding a logo. The cup finish is smooth so it should be ok. These are heavy large mugs, which are really nice !!!
