The Simple Art of Napkin Folding: 94 Fancy Folds for Every Tabletop Occasion

The pics/instructions are line drawings, not photos, but are easy to follow. It has a range of folds from very easy for beginners to WTF for those that like a challenge and have a lot of time on their hands. It also has useful information like a stain chart, table settings, ideas for using napkin ring and even how to make napkin rings. I bought several to give as gifts, but I'm keeping one even though I have several other similar books because of the wealth of ideas/information this one offers.

After getting the book, we hosted a dinner party. We photocopied several pages from the book and stuck one copy under each guest's plate. To my surprise, people were totally into it - they happily started practicing "their" fold, invented new ones, and just had a good time.More to the point, though - the book is aesthetically pleasing, the designs are possible to follow (although not always *easy* to follow), and in all it's exactly what I expected - a book that shows how to fold napkins in neat ways.

Need ideas for setting a beautiful table? This book gives you table settings plus excellent decorative ideas. We have a wedding coming up this summer and so many of the folded napkin ideas seem appropriate for our causual summer event. Now we just need to select our theme.A real must for anyone who wants to go a little out of the way to make a memorial occasion.

I bought this book after considering several others on line, and now I won't need to buy another. I wanted something that was easy to understand and follow to make the dinner table a little something special for my wife after she comes home from work. Having dinner ready was just not enough for me, and thought about the napkin presentation. This book has more than you will ever need, and each one is clearly drawn out and easy to understand. Money well worth spent.

I really liked that they included many suggestions including a stain guide for fabrics.
