Good for daily yoga!
This mat is a great fit for my daily yoga and Surya Namaskar routine. While it works well and provides good value, the only minor drawback is that it doesn't flatten out instantly when unrolled. The edges tend to stay slightly curled rather than sitting flush with the floor right away.
