In my case, the fans were turned off. Had to go into bios to turn fans on. You can preset system fan curves for graphics card

6750 xt does maybe 5~ more fps for games, and has more memory.

What psu should I use

750W with two 8 pin GPU power connectors from a reputable brand is a solid starting point for mid range systems. There are also PSU calculators on the internet you can use to figure out a power demand estimate of your system, just make sure it has two 8 pin GPU power connectors. Using adapters or connectors not meant for GPU power supply are risky.
