I probably have Von Willibrand, it runs in my family. And this stuff works so well at keeping my hemoglobin within the good range. I used to just take iron pills...and now this is the only medicine I will take.

Iron supplement that was easy to take and did not cause stomach discomfort in my case. The dosage is high, so it’s best used only when needed. I noticed a slight improvement in energy after a few weeks.

Be careful because it will make you constipated, but it will work. It will bring up your iron levels quickly.
