The name says it all!
This tea really works! It's easy on the digestion system. It's natural and relieves constipation in about 6 hours. It smells good and the taste you can get used to. Works so much better than laxatives.

For those whose moves aren’t too smooth
This will do it ! Taste isnt divine , but not disgusting either . Bottom line is … it works . Drink late afternoon (at HOME) expect a” smooth move” next morning . I suggest sticking around the house.. this is the gift that keeps on giving for a few hours intermittently 🤣

This tea tastes good without any sweeteners. It is a helpful aid to digestion. I drink it nightly and I have found that I feel great having this tea as a part of my healthy lifestyle.

Smooth move is the appropriate title
Senna is a natural product that helps waste move through the digestive system. It usually is not accompanied by cramps and nausea. My only concern is with the packaging. The envelope did not protect the box during shipping and the box was smashed.

Try it! Flavor is Good and Works.
The Smooth move tea works but with varied results. Personally I had to drink three cups a day and that induced cramps. My daughter and her spouse have used it with good results after regulating the intake. Keto constipation is a tough nut to crack. Smooth move may not be up to the job for some doing this plan. That said, the flavor is fine especially with a little stevia. The psyllium husk powder in a smoothie works much better for me. Everyone is different though and Smooth Move works great for some!

Great to have on hand when traveling
This tea works like a charm. A friend recommended it to me while traveling. It is not something you want to do excessively, but a cup before bed, every few days, helps you focus on the fun parts of your trip.

Works overnight
If you’re reading this, there has to be a reason, so… It may cause a mild cramp, but if you’re backed up you’ll welcome the feeling if it means movement. Let it steep a few minutes, then try to drink it straight, no sweetener.

It works and tastes good too!
This works and I love the way it tastes! My husband doesn't care for the taste at all though, so I guess that's just a matter of opinion. It definitely works though, and I prefer this to taking a laxative.
