I've easily had over 100lbs but I believe it can handle up to 150???

Have broken wheel , how can i get repair part

Tried to find a wheel once, had no luck finding the exact one, looked in McMaster-Carr and purchased a set to match, the cost of the wheels was just about the cost of a new hand truck. Good luck !

Where can i get tires replacement?

My guess would be to search the web using the name and model number of the unit. If you still have the instruction book you might find info in there. You may be able to find some info on Amazon in the ad for it such as clicking on the manufacturer to see what happens. Harbor Freight Tools carries all kinds of wheels as I'm sure does Amazon. Sometimes the wheels cost nearly as much as a new hand truck and you may find some you can rob off another device. Good luck.

what are the dimensions of the base?

The base sticks out about 11 inches from the wheels. From side to side it's 15 inches at the widest. Folds down flat and the wheels fold in. Very sturdy little truck. My first one was stolen, and I bought the exact same one the second time. Works fabulous and actually has held more weight than it say it allows.
