Oh my goodness, I purchased this dye thinking it would be a quick wash out in a day or two product (akin to spray hair coloring) and was proven COMPLETELY wrong. This dye will absolutely leave pigment on your fur babies coat, and will stain you to match if you forget to wear gloves like I did. The photos are the day of coloring, the whole process was a breeze despite my cat's protests. You really should wait the 20 minutes before shampooing your animal, and if you use the dye straight from the bottle know that it will take a WHILE for the water to run clear. ***UPDATE*** The photo with the cat wearing a sweater is one month exactly after coloring her fur with NO TOUCH UPS. This dye LASTS. Will be buying again! Pros: Multiple colors, pet safe, high color payoff, no odor/fragrance, semipermanent, cat looks cute and is easy to see, no skin irritation, easy to apply, resealable bottle, semipermanent lasts longer than one month Cons: Will stain skin, 20 minute wait time before washing out, may stain floors/countertops/tubs/sinks/fabrics/carpets, weird texture makes it hard to massage into softer/denser coat, animal must fully dry for color to set after shampooing, your cat must be a willing participant

Easy to use just super messy. Standard poodle 40lb and I used most of the bottle. I recommend dyeing your dog outside on a table because it will stain your shower. The black color used is a cheaper brand

I did not follow instructions lol. I usually bathe my small poodle mix in the sink and didn’t realize how messy he is so I freaked and washed him early for the sake of my tile and walls. Nothing stained. At all. Nothing not the white cabinets. Not the tile. Not the backsplash and not my hands nor nails. He did keep shy shade of blue but again I freaked and washed it off nearly immediately. It’s so cute and no did not wear off on my white couch. Buying more colors as we speak.

4.5/5 stars Recently tried this out on my almost all-white dog and I really love it. It's pretty easy to apply as long as you can get your dog to stay still, and I haven't seen the dye "bleed" after the water runs clear. I think it's so cute and so fun, especially for kids that we run into in public. I did the semi-permanent because I was worried about it staying too long - it says semi-permanent is good for about 6 washes, but I think it comes out a little quicker than that, depending on how much dye you initially add. I've found it really difficult to get a dark purple unless I add a LOT of dye, and most of the time it's coming out lavender/orchid and fading through to pink. Used it a couple of times so far for re-dying and definitely want to try other colors for other seasons. My dog has shown no reactions or issues with the dye.

Works well

This dog hair dye is really good. It goes on like a dish soap kinda texture, then you need to massage it in to get full coverage. Then you need to let it sit for 20 minutes. My dog looks absolutely adorable with this hair dye, it’s so easy to use and is amazing! I only buy from this brand, the only brand I trust! It does start to fade out the more the dyed part is exposed to water, but it still looks really good!

The color came out so good! It was easy to do.

It is so very patchy. I used the entire bottle on clean, dry white hair, let it sit for 20 minutes, and shampooed as usual. Some places are very vivid, and the dye washed out entirely in other areas. Now the question is, do I double down and order a few more bottles to try again and even out this poor, silly-looking pooch, or have I learned from this and hope it washes away when I bathe him next week and never attempt to dye my white and tan Great Pyrenees/Great Dane again? The photos show the dye on the dog while waiting 20 minutes for the color to deposit, and after shampooing and drying. I believe today was a combined product and user error. You can see that I had him covered nose to tail, top of head to toe nails in blue goo. This dog is gonna be pooping blue for a week with the dye he licked off his backside. I wasn’t expecting the resulting Smurf patches at random. I feel the inconsistencies don’t match how it was applied. He was very, very blue, all over. I can’t wait to hear what the neighborhood kids will say when we go for walks. 🤣😬

Used a few different colours and they are brilliant! Great coverage and vibrant colours.

I was a little worried that this would make a giant mess but it didn’t bleed at all. It was so easy to apply and it turned out really vibrant. I could have used more but it was my first time dying him so next time I know how much to use! Super pleased. Not sure how long it’ll last but I won’t be upset if it doesn’t last forever since I’m only doing this for St Patrick’s Day lol
