These clay utensils to be very frank and true.. these are really very good.. yes the kadhais take little more time to heat but once it's hot you have to regulate the heat.. but yes the food taste will be amazing cz of clay Nd slow cooking. The small size kadhai can be used to cook upto 750 gms of chicken or any kind of veggies. It doesn't get cool very easily so the food will be hot fr a longer time. Must buy if ur actually planning to cook in these kadhais...
