The colours are really nice but...7 out of 24 bottles were only half filled.

The quality of the colours in this set is very high and the range of colours is good (except that there are only two reds). Unfortunately, although the set was still sealed in plastic upon arrival, nine of the bottles of colour (i.e. 15% of the total expected volume of colour) were half empty. Amazon kindly gave me a promotional card for 3000 Yen to compensate, but in truth, although this compensates me in monetary terms, it does not compensate me for the loss of colour. Why? Because the only way to get replacement colour is to buy a complete new set, because amazon does not sell individual bottles of colour and, living in a foreign country, I have no way of getting individual bottles from elsewhere in Japan.
