It really does work!
Yes, Great product. Recommended by Vet. As a Professional Groomer for over 20 years and dog owner for over 40 years. I highly recommend if your dog has severe hard paws and cracking and needs softening. Regular paw wax usually works for most dogs. My dog has been more prone to all paw issues than anything I have experienced or seen with thousands of dogs over 20 years. I have to say, this product has been great compared to others for severe paw hardening, cracking. My Vet recommended it and i had my doubts as a professional dog groomer. It works, but you MUST put it on daily!!!!

Miracle treatment for hyperkeratosis
It’s Miraculous! Annie has digital hyperkeratosis and I have spent four years fighting the callouses and the discomfort. I bathe her every two weeks and soak her tootsies and then we cut off the excess growth on her pads and the callouses, too. I worried that as she ages, this may be what does her in and so I am desperate for a treatment. I saw Bio Balm mentioned on a blog and thought, gosh, it’s expensive, but if it saves us trips to the vet to have her feet dremmelled, if it saves her discomfort, if it helps at all, it’s worth it. I reluctantly tried it, not expecting any miracles. I put it on her feet twice a day for the first 3 weeks because they were pretty bad. The way I do it is when she is laying down, I dip her foot pad in the jar enough to get a bit on the pad, the i use the palm of my hand to massage it in. Then, I put a bit more on my index finger and thumb and massage some in below the nail beds and on the sides of her pads. I can feel the rough spots when I massage and this is where I apply extra. It’s important especially at night, when she will be off her feet and this stuff has more chance to absorb. Within a couple weeks, her pads are soft. The callouses after 3 weeks still need more work so more balm is in the protocol til I can make the callouses gone, but it is better every day. Honestly, I never expected this to work so well, but it’s amazing. As a side note, I use booties when we go walking to try to avoid excess callouses. Her feet are soft and smooth and now we maintain by using nightly, once per day. It apparently does not taste great because she doesn’t seem to lick it off, and that matters. It doesn’t work if she licks it off, after all. I love this stuff and am a believer. If you just spend the $20 once, you will be a believer, too. It’s cheaper and much easier on the dog not to have to take her in to the vet for this. She. Seems to enjoy her nightly foot massage. Who wouldn’t? Try it. You’ll be amazed.

Great stuff!
I don't normally write product reviews but this stuff is wonderful. My frenchie had horrible keratin build up on his ears and his Dermatology vet recommended this to help remove it. It's been about a month but it's helped tremendously. You can see the before and after. Both ears looked like the first picture.

Major improvement
I’m pretty amazed by this product. Took my 14 year old pug to the vet Friday May 20, 2022. The vet prescribed a topical ointment called Mupirocin and had me also order this balm while at this appointment. She is the first two pictures and she had Hyperkeratosis. Began the ointment Friday and the balm Saturday. Also used the balm on my other senior pug (she is the second two photos) and she received balm only, no ointment, as she didn’t have Hyperkeratosis. I kid you not, within two days we saw a big difference. Soft, wet, black noses. I used this balm on my senior Maltese (yes, we are outnumbered and we’ve got a 4th one that didn’t need this balm at all). We apply the balm twice a day. None of them like the nose to be touched, but I feel confident they each feel much better to them lately. It will be 7 days use of the balm tomorrow and they look near perfect. If your dog has a dry, crusty nose but isn’t discolored or have a pink growth (that could be cancer), I’d definitely recommend this balm. Please see your vet for optimal care as your fur baby may have something more serious that needs to be treated with professional medical help. That is why I took my pug to the vet. We didn’t know what was wrong and we were scared of what it could be, and either way we knew we had to treat it. Highly recommend this product. The container seems tiny, but a little goes a long way, so this little container will last us a good long time. Honestly, it’s not expensive and goodness knows I’ve spent money on worse anyway, so help your baby smell the roses this summer and try this out. Well worth it. Will buy again when we get close to running out.

A true game changer!
My Aussie had developed horrible scaly paw pads and it got to the point where she was obviously in pain and would even stumble while on walks. The vet diagnosed her with hyperkeratosis and told me my only option was to bring her in every other month or so to have the keratin growth cut/ground off. They also offered to teach me how to do it myself. I started googling and decided to try Bio Balm. Her paws are SMOOTH again!!! The product goes on easy and does not leave any trace on my vinyl, carpeted floors, or fabric furniture! But LISTEN UP. What you need to know about this product is it’s a lifetime commitment. Really. It will not CURE hyperkeratosis but it can smooth the pads and bring relief to your dog. I started out applying it twice daily for the first week and saw improvements within days. Now that we’ve used it for almost a year I can apply it about once a week (though twice a week would admittedly be better) to keep my girl’s paws smooth and healthy. If you are looking to treat hyperkeratosis but are not willing to put in the effort and continue to apply this cream as needed, then do not bother buying it, because my personal experience is it just keeps growing back if you stop using Bio Balm.

Careful only the crusty area of nose.
This goes a long way. I bought it at the vets office then found it on Amazon . My dogs nose began to peel and became sensitive. The price was cheaper than my first and I have a back up! Takes just a tiny bit. Oh and you can use it for paws too.

Can't believe how quick this worked! Happy customer!
My 2 dogs(Jack Russel mix) always have dry crusty noses. Vet recommended udder balm, which never really seem to help. I tried this product and HOLY CRAP! Immediate results in one day. Second day I couldn't believe how great their noses look. I applied about every four hours. I also give them a treat while applying, so they don't try to lick it off. What a godsend :)

Amazing
My dog had very bad elbows from being in the shelter, now is 3 weeks since I use it, and since day 1 is new hair growing and very soft skin. I really didn't believe it was going to work.

Highly recommend 👌
Highly recommend this cream i use it on my large breed dog for his elbows. I know it's not exactly the cheapest for the amount you get but it works. They always say the best creams soak in to your skin and this is exactly what this cream does. Noticed a huge difference while using this cream on my dogs elbows which if left untreated would result in cracked callous and vets bills so big huge 10/10 from us.

Schnelle Wirkung!
Wirkt extrem schnell. 👍🏼
