Great Teen Vitamin - Minty After Taste & Easy to Swallow
I needed a vitamin, for my teen-age daughter, that includes iron in it, and is easy to swallow. My daughter has no problem with taking these. They have a mint in them that gets rid of any yucky after-taste. (She says they taste like mint tea.) Just what we needed!

These are great and very cool to look at but the mint flavoring is kinda gross.

My daughter's diet sucked. We saw behavior issues so I thought if she won't eat all the good food I put on the plate then we supplement with vitamins. It's working! She likes taking them and enjoys the mint taste they have. She can even tell the difference since taking them.

I started getting these vitamins because my kiddo is a pescatarian and there was so vitamins we needed like zinc. Surprisingly not many vitamins have zinc. Weโve been using these for the past year and no complaints. The bottle and pills are very aesthetically pleasing but the ingredients have been amazing.
