Great disappointment. Had used in a couple years ago and works well and relatively fast. Don't know why it seems to be much less effective.

Worked as it should. I appreciate it the fact that it had diamond Emery boards that came with it. Very good bye for old person needs it in your family because that's why I bought it. And they were pleased. If you have a bad case you may have to purchase it a second time but it works.

I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection on my big toe for a while, and I started using these Kerasal patches for 14 nights straight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly impressed. After just two weeks, I saw a visible difference as the nail looks a little lighter, less thick, and isn’t lifting as much as it used to. I took a one-week break after finishing the first round, and now I’ve started again. The patches are easy to use, stay on overnight, and don’t cause any irritation. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the patches could be a little better in size for larger nails like the big toe, and they’re a bit pricey for a short supply but they definitely work if you’re consistent. I’ll keep using them and hope for continued improvement!

This product was a slight disappointment. It slide off during the night. Not as effective as advertised. I bought it because this Kerasal brand has other products that I have used and they were effective.
