how thick of material can these grommets accomodate? I'm making a replacement bimini for my boat and need to go through 3 layers vinal material

Dear Customer: The matched grommet can hold material up to 0.1” thick. HAPDEN grommet plier doesn't require pre-drilling before use. If you need to hole punch to thicker canvas, grommet kit comes a hole puncher and a white backer block. Thanks for your question.

Can I buy an additional bag of grommets that will fit this?

just look beneath the product you see and there are extra things you can buy with it and it shows more grommets for this tool

Will the tool squeeze the grommets flat enough? Just returned Brand: Ebusin because somehow it is unable to squeeze to all the way flat.

Yes it will squeeze flat, but you have to use a lot of muscle.

10mm ogen passen niet.

Het gereedschap zelf is degelijk. Goede kwaliteit.

Works brilliantly

Bought a cheaper model and was useless... paid a bit more for this one and it works brilliantly. Simple to use and consistent results. Also supplied with a good amount of grommets
