Nice power bank; happy with purchase so far
Bought this back in January and have only used it a small number of times to date. It is well made and although it takes several hours to charge up it does provide a lot of charge to my iPhone. Quite heavy (weighing in at 443g) but that's inevitably given that it's a heavy duty charger. I now have three power banks and this slots nicely into the role of my heavy duty one. I will update my review if my views of it change (reliability, longevity etc) based on experience!

Quality.
Charges my Samsung phone quicker than using mains electricity. Slightly on the heavy side but it oozes quality. Don't forget though to press the button on the side to commence charging.

Solid quality charger
A great reliable charger for weekends away from a power source. Slightly heavy with two USB A ports as well as USB C, so a little old-style if you’re almost exclusively USB C like me.

Really sturdy portable charger for my iPhone 13 Pro can give it about 3 and a half full charges!!! - slightly heavy but worth the wight for a full charge!!! Very easy to connect with a quick charging speed and sleek design. Recommend

CCC Certified!
I rarely write reviews but feel like it’s necessary this one time because I’m travelling to Asia, with a stopover in China, and have been stressing about finding a CCC certified power bank. I overnight delivered this one for the morning of my flight and very pleased to find it has the CCC logo on it so I would definitely recommend purchasing this power bank if you don’t want it to be confiscated in China!

Failed after 5 months, but eventually replaced
The charger worked fine for a bit, then failed to deliver power to device (iphone) and now refuses to charge. It won't power on - all LEDs are all off and it just gets VERY hot when plugged in. I've discontinued use for safety but can't find a way to return it - Amazon does not present a RETURN button for this product. Not Happy… TB Update. I went back in again later and after going round many loops and dead-ends I eventually found a link to a chat. I tried it and they sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty unit and expedited a replacement. That arrived today and is currently charging fine. So … good recovery from Amazon - I updated the review, but only 4 stars since it was so hard to find the chat. Much happier now though… TB
