Makes perfect rice without spill or burnt rice
I love the stainless steel inner pot, its perfect size for 1-3 people, and the indirect heating! Need to add water at both outer and inner pot, which is different than other rice cooker. But it prevents burnt rice after leaving it in warm setting for a while. Very easy to clean and looks cute.

It is Not worth your money!
It cooks quickly, but hard to clean. The main reason I only give it one star because it is Not Working after less than two years used. We opened it and your can see the two broken parts, one little piece has dropped down already. According to what I payed, I am very disappointed! My big tiger 🐯 rice cookers is still working after 8 years, this little one has a such short life! DO NOT BUY IT! I am regret now!

Corrosion & pitting after only one use
The outer heating chamber showed significant corrosion, pitting and actual holes in the bottom after only a single use (see the photo), and the seller (stores123) refuses to take it back, saying that this is "normal". You might be thinking it's a hard water issue -- nope, we have soft water. Anyway, this was a poor product experience, made worse by a really poor seller experience.

The mini is adorable and perfect for two people
I admit, I had trouble with the ratios at first (the markings on the inner pot, cup, and booklet didn’t match at all) but after a couple of test runs I was making perfect jasmine rice.

The old one from the 80's was made better
When it came the "on" button magnet was not working. Easy fix

Misinformation - smaller cup size is not disclosed.
This product is way too small. It says 3 cup but the cup size is not the regular cup size. It is smaller than the usual cup size. Not worth buying

Need to experiment a bit.
Size is perfect, love the look of it. However, found when using the provided instructions for making rice, the top of the rice was a bit dry. Tried more water but then the lid lifts up and rice water burbles everywhere. Still experimenting with it.

Total WASTE OF MONEY!!!
Get any other rice cooker, no matter the price. IT will be better then this junk.
