Never take a wrist bp monitor

The readings are absolutely out of the world. I ran to hospital after taking the readings from this machine. It showed 225/125. Whereas tge hospital readings was 145/90.

Good quality!

Brilliant! Very easy to use ! Nevertheless decided to return for cuff based device… Wrist based is very sensitive regarding measures when changing position even a few centimetres above or below heart position… (cuff is better since position is always right!)
