Edit: only a month later (29 Aug) price has again hiked, now to nearly £46. Abysmal. Was great, I bought this product regularly, until they upped the price from £30 to £42 in a matter of months. There’s no justification for this IMO. Since have bought elsewhere for a better price and am happy. The only upside of this product is that the bag it comes in is absolutely fantastic, long lasting.. reseals months later like new. But £12 for a better bag just isn’t worth it.

I have always bought 'Supplemented' Theanine and it helped be through a very rough few years in my life. Not finding 'Supplemented' trading on Amazon anymore, I bought these and they tasted like rice flour and when I wake at night and can't get back to sleep, 'Supplemented' Theanine always got me asleep about 20 minutes later - NOT THESE. Three times this has happened lately and I have not found that sleep after taking these. I found 'Supplemented' trading on their own online so bought some from them and now I get to sleep 20 minutes after I take them.

My wife has always had trouble with anxiety and is on a low dose 20 mg Zoloft and 10 mg lithium orotate in the a.m.. this worked wonderfully for about 7 years. She then began to have more problems but resisted taking more Zoloft because of weight gain side effects. Adding 400 mg(1/4 tsp) am and 400 mg pm l-theanine to her other treatments completely resolved her anxiety. I have gradually developed essential tremor in my left hand.
