Excellent piece of equipment.
Excellent piece of equipment. A must have for every serious cook. Extremely sharp. I highly recommend this knife. I also highly suggest buying a butcher’s glove to be safe.

Cuts like a razor
It came well packaged and was super sharp. The handle is bigger than the other kitchen knives I have which for me was great. The blade is thin and a little flexible. It worked great breaking down the pork shoulder I did. It cut easy and gore a light blade didn't take much effort. I like the saber design. I thought it would be a little long for what I was doing but it worked out perfectly. I was really impressed with the initial quality and was a great value at the price I got it. It remains to be seen how long the edge lasts and how it sharpens, but right now I am very happy.
