Don’t buy this junk if you want to play online at all. Internet is perfect but I get kicked from PlayStation server everytime I try to play a game with my friends. Absolutely a junk product.

Recieved wrong cord and no controller
I bought this item used so I expected some scratches as it notated it. I did read that it came with a controller which it did not as well as the power cord needed to run...came with one that wasn't even close to fitting. So...I ended up having to buy more things AFTER christmas which...to a teenager is beyond frustrating.

My son is loving his new PS. Connected and set up in minutes. We are based in UAE so the power plug is UK standard. Works just fine. Packaging and all was perfect, quick delivery. PLS NOTE - if you are not a PS connoisseur and you are about to find out how PS and PS games work - Watch OUT for online game purchases!!!! It is quite simple to buy games online (for some that are not free) HOWEVER even if a game has been bought you still need to have a PS+ account in order to be able to play it! I had no idea of course.... learned the hard way with a game called Fall Guys - so it happens even if you pay for the game you need to subscribe to PS+ account (a bit like amazon premium) - monthly payments. Without it you wont be able to play the games you have purchased! And having this premium membership gives you access to games you'd normally buy, for free!
