Make the clasp/hook-loop THICKER and STRONGER
The creation is beautiful....but WHY IS THE CLASP (HOOK AND LOOP) SO FLIMSY ??? The thin hook and loop holding up a heavy necklace are a let down :( Please work on a thicker hook ๐ช and loop urgently.

I recently purchased this item, expecting it to be brand new, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The pendant has noticeable scratches and dents on the rear, and it lacks the shine and pristine look of a new item. Additionally, the packaging box was of poor quality, which further added to the impression that the item might have been previously used or mishandled. While the design itself is nice, the overall condition and presentation were disappointing.
