How can it be gluten free if it contains barley grass juice powder and wheat grass juice powder?

Great question! The key here is that we’ve only used the grass component of both the barley and the wheat: gluten is only found within the seed kernels of these species. For additional peace of mind, this product has been third-party tested and was determined to be gluten-free.

One serving of your product is equal to how many servings of greens?

Because there is such a variety of vitamins and minerals from a wide variety of greens in this product, I don't think this can be answered. By reading the label, you can assess if this product has the vitamins and minerals you are looking for, and then compare that to a serving of kale or spinach, or beet greens, etc.

Does anyone know the orac units per serving?
