Makes my mouth smooth having it after meals. Less plaque build up. I would say that it's worth the cost compared to other brands since it has clean ingredients and the taste is great.

Zellies are a very important part of Ellie Phillips's dental program. I eat them every day (she recommends 12 to 20 a day after meals, for dry mouth, etc.). I've been doing her program for 3 years now. It saved a failed root canal, eliminated sensitivity, and has kept my teeth looking great. This berry flavor is one of my faves. Also love the cinnamon.

I purchased these dental mints with my 7-year-old in mind. He is not very consistent with brushing his teeth, and I learned that xylitol mints can be great for balancing the oral microbiome. These arrived, and I was an instant fan. The taste is absolutely delicious. I have never tasted a better berry-flavored mint or candy. They are so good. You can easily eat too many of them. The serving size is four pieces, which is great. I usually give my son two at bedtime. They dissolve somewhat slowly, but that is okay because it gives you more time to enjoy the flavor. My only warning with these is to watch out if you have a xylitol allergy. Otherwise, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their dental hygiene. For the price and the quantity, I think it is a fantastic value. They definitely taste fresh and not stale. None of the mints came broken or crushed. There was only a very slight powdery residue.

Our favorite mints for a healthy mouth. We all take these through out the day and before bed. Xylitol does wonders for our teeth!

Great taste. Convenient container. Dental benefit for after eating if you are unable to brush right away. However, if you have Sjögren's, please note these mints only last a few minutes so you will need to look elsewhere for serious relief.

I bought these as I was intrigued by the beneficial claims that xylitol has on dental health especially when it comes to decay. If you are curious there are some great videos out there that are worth watching. For me, the verdict is still out as I imagine to see any proven personal benefit you will need to use it for a couple of years and see if it indeed reduces or reverses tooth decay. Zellie's the product itself though is very high quality and worth the small price. I have only tried the cherry flavor and will stick to it as it does have a great flavor. The xylitol leaves a nice texture on the teeth while it dissolves.

Xylitol mint is effective to keep teeth plaque free especially after proper brushing. The mint has a good taste. Good stuff. Maybe a bit expensive. But it has value for money spent.

Cherry Berry and Cool fruit enjoyable, almost a treat. Cherry Berry is like a candy treat. Checked other brands but unlike Zellie's they have extra fillers and other sugar additives. So I pay a bit more to get these. So far ok on my stomach. You can always swish in your mouth and not swallow if taken too many or not agreeable with your stomach. Will also try getting the powder form to rinse as well and see if it provides the same benefit. Have stocked up with the jellies for now and will try it for 3 months and see how it goes. Using the Dr. Ellie dental protocol that mentioned these xylitol mints and modified the other items to as clean as possible options to hopefully get the same results.

These mints seem to be having a real effect on my dental health. My dentist diagnosed several cavities (likely from acid reflux and dry mouth). About a month before the appointment for the fillings, I started using another brand of xylitol gum, and even in that short time my dentist said the affected teeth had already begun to remineralize. After she filled three cavities, chewing gum became mechanically irritating in the days following, so I switched to these mints. I feel they’ve continued the remineralization process and helped reduce harmful bacteria, maybe even more so. Both the gum and these mints also triggered a lot of sinus drainage. My eyes noticeably depuffed once everything started clearing. When I first began the gum, I had a couple of days of “die‑off” sinus headaches and one day of bloating, but that passed quickly. At a recent check-up, my dentist was surprised at how well my gums healed around the fillings, with no bleeding during probing. I believe that if I had used xylitol mints or gum years ago, I would have avoided these cavities. Xylitol can sometimes help reverse small cavities, and I’m hoping it will support the remaining deeper ones, too, that are scheduled to be filled. It also boosts saliva, raises mouth alkalinity, helps with dry mouth and seems to help my acid reflux.
